If child labor is found, stop work immediately and protect the child from threats or retaliation until escorted home or picked up by a guardian.
To ensure that employees can work peacefully and voluntarily, we strictly prohibit forced labor and check for forced labor in every internal audit. Provide reporting channels for employees encounter forced labor, they can report the incident to the trade union representative orally or in writing, or through the confidential reporting box. After investigation and verification, the trade union representative will assist the forced laborer to report the incident to the authority.
